Processing & Dispatch
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 5–7 business days. As many of our pieces are handcrafted, artisanal, or made to order, certain creations may require additional time. This allows us to preserve the integrity of the craft and ensure that every piece meets our standards of finish and quality.

Delivery Within India

Once dispatched, orders within India generally arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. Tracking details will be shared with you once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner.

International Delivery

We offer international delivery to select destinations. Delivery timelines and shipping charges vary according to the destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
