Refund Policy
Not just a disclaimer...
Each piece is created with care, intention, and respect for the craftsmanship behind it. We hope you cherish your purchase; however, we understand that on occasion a return may be necessary.
Returns
We accept returns of eligible, unworn pieces within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accompanying materials intact. Pieces that have been worn, altered, washed, damaged, or show any signs of use cannot be accepted.
Handcrafted & Made-to-Order Pieces
As many of our creations are handcrafted, customised, or made to order, they are created especially for you. Made-to-order, customised, and personalised pieces are therefore not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
Exchanges
Subject to availability, we may offer an exchange for another size or eligible piece. Any difference in price will be adjusted accordingly. Please contact us before sending an item back so our team can guide you through the process.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Every piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographs of the piece and its packaging. We will review the matter and assist you with a suitable resolution.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
The Nature of Craft
Our collections celebrate the beauty of Indian craftsmanship. Slight variations in colour, texture, print, embroidery, weave, or finish are natural characteristics of handmade artistry and are not considered defects. Each variation is part of what makes your piece uniquely yours.
